At Casa do Pátio, you’ll find several animals that bring the farm to life—from our beloved sheep to peacocks and the curious chickens that often wander through the patio.

Guests are welcome to experience interacting with and feeding the animals.

SUSTAINABILITY

The animals are fed with what the property produces, contributing to the fertility of the land. Most of the trees bear fruit used for feeding the family, staff, and animals. All waste is properly treated, and even food scraps are reused to feed the animals.

The vegetable garden, orchard, and aromatic herbs are available for guests to pick and enjoy.

Casa do Pátio is a century-old home (built in 1840 and fully renovated in 2022), located in Juncal, a welcoming and traditional village. The house benefits from a strong rural environment, offering great tranquility and direct contact with nature and animals.
